MARTIN YOUNG AND FRIENDS March 19, 2022 - Collegedale Community Church
What an amazing opportunity getting to sing a full concert with live orchestra choir. I'm so grateful to so many friends who have come on board to make this happen!

Martin Young began singing his original songs as a teenager and has never stopped! Besides performing in churches and auditoriums around the country and abroad, he was a showcase artist for the MorningSong Music Cruise and has been a featured performer on the “Windows of Hope” TV production airing on Loma Linda Broadcasting Network and on the Hope Channel.
Hearing Martin’s songs it’s easy to experience the deep emotion with which he writes. Drawing inspiration from life's experiences, both happy and sad, Martin's music creates moments in a genuine and personal way. Many of his songs are based on the life and ministry of Jesus Christ, reflecting his belief in a living and personal Savior.
Martin’s debut album of original music, “His Love”, was released in 2007, followed by two more projects - “Let There Be Light” and “My Way Home”. He continues to write, produce and perform Christian music, enjoys collaborating with other writers, and actively seeks to glorify God with his rich tenor voice. In addition to his solo ministry Martin is a member of and featured soloist with two performing choirs, inSpirit Men’s Chorus and Kinge’s Quire. He lives in Ooltewah, Tennessee, with his wife Cindi.
Claudia Ramirez has loved music and singing since she was two, and started taking piano lessons when she was five years old. She always enjoyed singing solos as well as participating in the church choir. Claudia began taking formal voice lessons at age 16 and continued throughout her college years. She was thrilled for the opportunity to study voice under Dr. Julie Penner and sing with the choir ensembles under the direction of Dr. Gennevieve Brown-Kibble.
Claudia completed her first CD recording in 2015 upon returning from China and Cambodia as a student missionary. Since graduating from Southern Adventist University in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Claudia has enjoyed working as a nurse in various areas of critical care as well as teaching as a clinical instructor for SAU’s School of Nursing. She also lived in Australia for a year and a half studying and working as a Bible worker under the ARISE Bible program run by Light Bearers Ministry.
Claudia has had the opportunity to give concerts locally and internationally in both English and Spanish, and hopes to continue sharing music together with her husband, Roy. Since returning to the US in 2019, she has been singing for the international Bible broadcasting network It Is Written, and says that her ultimate goal for music is that God would accomplish what He wills in and through her.
Roy Treiyer was born in Puerto Rico and raised in the United States and Argentina. He graduated with a master’s in psychology and a bachelor’s in music education from Universidad Adventista del Plata in Argentina (2010, 2012). Upon moving back to the US, he completed the Master of Music in Piano Performance degree from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in 2014. During his coursework at UTC, he received the Arthur Rivituso Award and was a winner of the UTC Concerto Competition in 2012.
Roy currently works as an adjunct professor of piano at Covenant College, accompanist for the Chattanooga Symphony and Opera Chorus, interim music director at Brainerd Presbyterian Church, private piano instructor, and pianist for It Is Written. Aside from teaching and accompanying, his passion for arranging sacred music has led him to record multiple albums. He is continually featured on 3ABN (Three Angels Broadcasting Network) and has had the privilege and honor to glorify God through music in several countries.
